I am Kassie, but most people around Saint Martinville know me as the Bayou Boss. For 25 years, I worked as a cosmetologist, listening to people stories and helping them feel their best. But my heart has always been in the kitchen, rooted in the recipes my Grandma taught me.

I built the Classy Cajun Company to be a bridge. I am taking those generations of family secrets and using the best of today technology to share them with you. Whether it is through my signature gumbos or the Baked and Beautiful coloring books that help you find a little peace, everything we do has that authentic South Louisiana soul.

We believe that cooking should be an experience, not a chore. That is why we combine traditional Cajun flavors with innovative AI tools to help you save time and love every bite.
