RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible physical products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Before mailing anything back, contact us at Bayoub@ccajunco.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all digital downloads—including PNG files, cut files, fonts, coloring books, cookbooks, templates, and other downloadable content—are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery or download.

If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, or cannot access your purchase, contact Bayoub@ccajunco.com so we can help correct the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at Bayoub@ccajunco.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Nonreturnable Items

We cannot accept returns on digital products, personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, clearance or final-sale merchandise, perishable goods, opened personal-care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item can be returned.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, been fulfilled, shipped, or— for digital products—delivered or downloaded.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different eligible item is to return the original item after receiving approval and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
